About Peter Wierenga

Peter Wierenga was provost of Gutenberg College until 2016 and on its board of governors for many years. He completed a double major B.A. in history and religious studies and then an M.A. in history, all from the University of California, Santa Barbara. In addition, he completed the Scribe School program at Peninsula Bible Church (Palo Alto, CA) and has taken a number of other classes both at Fuller Seminary (Pasadena, CA) and Westminster Seminary (San Marcos, CA). He has worked for many years as a financial planner and investment advisor.
