Gutenberg’s curriculum is unique in that all students take every course. Most of the courses differ in style and content from those offered at other colleges. Therefore, Gutenberg rarely waives course requirements and admit all students as freshmen.
However, transfer students with previous education or training that they believe duplicates some of the curriculum at Gutenberg College may, before admission, petition the college to evaluate their previous education or training and grant appropriate credit or waiver for that previous education or training.
The academic dean is responsible for evaluating transfer of credit. He will consider the student’s petition and determine what, if any, requirements may be waived or appropriate credit granted. The college will notify the student promptly of that determination.
No tuition adjustments will be made for waived requirements.
