John Hurd

John Hurd is the son of McKenzie Study Center founder and former Gutenberg tutor and board member Wesley Hurd. John joined the workforce out of high school spending 8 years in the automotive service trade, 19 years in RV manufacturing in roles from service advisor to operations manager before landing with commercial acoustic wood ceiling manufacturer 9Wood where he remains today. During his journey he discovered a native interest in healthy human relations, a vocation he continues to explore as Human Resources Manager mentoring foundational principles of relational excellence. John and his wife of 33 years Brenda have two children and enjoy reading and outdoor activities.
